Cancellation Policy

• Advance Booking Requirement: All photography sessions must be booked at least 5 days in advance to secure the artist and session slot. • Full Payment Upon Booking: To confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. No session will be scheduled until payment is received in full. • No Refunds: Once full payment has been made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy • General Cancellation Terms: Cancellations are generally not honored. However, in the event that a cancellation is absolutely necessary, please note the following conditions: • Cancellation Window for Refunds: Guests may cancel the session no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event for a 50% refund of the deposit. • Late Cancellation Consequences: If cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited in full. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling Requirement: If you need to reschedule, the new session must be confirmed within 90 days of the original party date. Please contact us as soon as possible to secure a new date. Attendance and Timeliness • Guest Arrival Grace Period: All guests are allowed a 15-minute grace period to arrive. This helps ensure that the session can start on time. • Late Arrival Consequences: If a guest is more than 20 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled to maintain the integrity of the event timeline. Additional Guidelines • Children and Pets: To ensure the best quality photography and a smooth session, children and pets are not permitted during the session.
