Cancellation Policy

At Faith2Felicity, we are dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable experience for your private party. Please review our policies below: 1. Booking Requirements Advance Booking: All private parties must be booked at least 5 days in advance. Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to your engagement. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Rescheduling Deadline: Any rescheduled event must be completed within 90 days of the original party date. 3. Attendance & Refunds Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for attendees to arrive. Attendance Requirement: There are no refunds if all party members are not present for the event. Accommodating Missing Participants: Guests may be provided with a special bracelet to accommodate any missing participants. 4. Overtime & Additional Participants Overtime Fee: If the event runs over the designated time, a fee of $75 will be charged beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. Additional Participants: Any additional participants must be added in advance to ensure that we have sufficient supplies and materials for your event. By booking with Faith2Felicity, you agree to adhere to these terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable celebration for all involved.
