Cancellation Policy

At Faith2Felicity, we are dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable experience for your private party. Please review our policies below: 1. Booking Requirements Advance Booking: All private parties must be booked at least 5 days in advance. Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to your engagement. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Rescheduling Deadline: Any rescheduled event must be completed within 90 days of the original party date. 3. Attendance & Refunds Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for attendees to arrive. Attendance Requirement: There are no refunds if all party members are not present for the event. Accommodating Missing Participants: Guests may be provided with a special bracelet to accommodate any missing participants. 4. Overtime & Additional Participants Overtime Fee: If the event runs over the designated time, a fee of $75 will be charged beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. Additional Participants: Any additional participants must be added in advance to ensure that we have sufficient supplies and materials for your event.
